Four-project solar portfolio spans Wisconsin and Louisiana

MIAMI and PITTSBURGH, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ibV Energy Partners, a leader in the development of integrated solar and storage power plants across the United States, and Exus Renewables North America (Exus), a leading independent owner, developer and operator of utility-scale renewable energy and energy storage projects, announced today that Exus has acquired four solar projects totaling 715 MWp from ibV Energy Partners.

This transaction builds on years of ibV’s development work while expanding Exus’ portfolio with projects in Wisconsin and Louisiana.

The projects include:

  • Maple Grove Solar 1 & 2 — a two-phase 310 MWp project located in Barron County, Wisconsin
  • Bayou Teche Solar — a 125 MWp project located in St. Mary Parish, Louisiana
  • Bayou Chicot Solar — a 280 MWp project located in Evangeline Parish, Louisiana
