PRIDE Industries Appoints Kim Mayes as Chief People Officer

With decades of experience leading business human resources, HR mergers and acquisitions, organizational effectiveness, and growth strategies for a global organization, Mayes will oversee PRIDE Industries' human resources function and help drive workforce growth, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
Mayes joins PRIDE Industries following a distinguished career that includes senior leadership positions with increasing levels of responsibility at Intel Corporation, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources and helped shape talent and inclusion initiatives across a global workforce. In her new role, she will lead strategies that strengthen PRIDE Industries' people-first culture while advancing the organization's mission of creating employment opportunities for people with disabilities and others facing barriers to employment.
